- Our return policy lasts for 30 days. After this time, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- If returning any products, they must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you received them in.
- We require a receipt or a proof of purchase for all refunds
- Once we’ve received the item, we’ll email you to let you know and also whether you’re refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund and a credit will be applied to your card within seven days.
- If you haven’t received your refund in seven days, contact your bank first as it may take a little processing time for your refund to be officially posted.
